How do I contact Cowsar about my order?

No matter what happens with your order, you can contact us at service@cowsarofficial.com Please provide us with your email and phone number, order number or tracking number so we can check the status of your order. We are online 24/7 and are committed to solving your problems efficiently and providing excellent customer service the first time.

What if I don't receive my order?

Please contact the carrier to confirm that they have delivered the item to the correct address. We also recommend that you send us your phone number so that we can file a claim with the carrier to locate your package. Typically, search results take about a week.

When will my order ship?

Upon receipt of your order, it will be processed the same day Monday through Friday and shipped the next day. Saturday orders will be shipped with Sunday orders.

What if I receive a damaged order?

Don't worry. Our quality control department will specifically check for quality issues before shipping the package, and will only send out the package after confirming that it is correct. If you end up receiving a damaged package, please initiate a return request from your personal center within 30 business days of receiving the package. Take note of any visible damage (scratches, dents, etc.) or operational damage (system not working) and take digital photos to prove the damage in detail as this will help us to process your order quickly for a refund.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We use Fedex, UPS , USPS, FdsExpress to ship your order. Each shipping method will depend on the size and quantity of items ordered.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Our goal is to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse will process your order the same business day. It will then be picked, packed and shipped. Please note that delivery times will vary depending on your location and the courier check the package may have gone through. Our standard delivery times (5-8 working days) are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond the control of our couriers. These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions and technical failures.

How do I cancel my order?

Please initiate a cancellation request from your personal center. If the order has been shipped, we will require a shipping fee per package. Please see Return Refunds for more information.

What if I don't receive my order?

Please contact the carrier to confirm that they have delivered the item to the correct address. We also recommend that you send us your phone number so that we can file a claim with the carrier to locate your package. Typically, search results take about a week.

When can I expect a refund after I return an item?

Once you have been authorized to return an item to us, please pay close attention to the return tracking number. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we will refund you within 24 hours and the refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

What is the warranty on my item?

All items come with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. We will cover any costs incurred due to the quality of the item.

Can I order replacement parts from you?

We do not normally sell parts separately. If your order is within the 1 year warranty period, we will send you a replacement part at no charge, provided we have the part available. If your order has an extended warranty, please extend the warranty first to receive the extended warranty for our support.

What if I can't pay by credit card?

If you are unable to pay by credit card, we recommend that you use a bank debit card or Paypal to complete your order.

Is there an invoice in my package?

There will be no invoice in your package. To request an invoice, please contact our customer service for a screenshot of your order details. 24-hour customer service email: service@cowsarofficial.com.
