Refund & Return Policy

At Cowsar, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to ensure every product is perfect for your home. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1.Eligibility for Return/Exchange

You may return or exchange your Cowsar purchase within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

2.Return Process
(1). Log in to your Cowsar account.
(2). Select the item(s) you wish to return, fill in the reason, and submit.
(3). Print the return label and attach it to the outside of your return package.
(4). Call the post office to arrange for pickup or delivery to the nearest post office.

Note: If you are paying for the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you prefer at your own expense, just make sure the postmark date is no later than 30 days from the date of purchase.

3.Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
(1).Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

4.Damaged Products
We cannot accept returns for products damaged by customer misuse or mishandling. If your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately for assistance.
