All orders from Cowsar will be shipped from the contiguous U.S. We currently offer free/paid shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states for all products.

Order Shipping Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, not holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.
If you need your order delivered by a specific date, we recommend contacting our 24-hour customer service team at service@cowsarofficial.com to guarantee a ship date.
Shipping Providers and Types
We work with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and FdsExpress to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time. We offer the following types of transportation:
Free Shipping: 3-5 business days (on orders over $199)
Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days, $5.99 fee (for orders under $199)
VIP Shipping: 3-5 business days, additional $15.99 fee (expedited shipping)
Ensure the delivery time calculation formula (“Ship Date + Shipping Time = Delivery Date”)
This is the time you can expect your shipment to arrive. Your order may arrive earlier.

Order Verification

Changing the shipping address

Sales Tax
All the products we offer are exclusive of tax, so the final price you pay is the product price plus tax.
Checking your order after it has been delivered
If your order is correct and intact, sign for the package. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately at service@cowsarofficial.com. We will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue.
