I've used this grill for a few weeks now, and I'm impressed with the temperature retention. Even on breezy days, the hood keeps the heat in nicely. The three burners adjust smoothly, and the right-side burner is perfect for a cast-iron skillet. The stainless finish wipes down easily after a cookout.

Upgraded to this 3-burner model and it's a huge improvement. The main burners offer great zone control for searing and slow cooking, while the side burner lets me boil corn or make sauces without going inside. The stainless steel doors and shelves make it look high-end, and it feels very stable on the wheels.
